Kaile is a Registered Behavior Technician at The KidSpOt Center. She is pursuing her Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Louisville. She has always been passionate about her love for working with children and behavioral development. She believes that all progress is good progress even though it is not always linear. In her free time, she loves reading, traveling and hiking with her dogs, Finn and Eliot.
