Requirements
Current Physical Therapist or Physical license issued by the state of Kentucky
Must have and maintain current TB screening.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assess and interpret evaluations and test results
Use data to develop a plan of care and goals per child needs
Develop homework for each child based on individual goals
Collaborate with other disciplines at the KSC to ensure treatment of the whole child
Maintain daily notes and billings sheets
