Lori Rayburn-Dehart, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Lori Rayburn-Dehart, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, received her undergraduate degree in Business and Education from the Morehead State University. She then went on to get her Master’s and Rank 1 in Education with an emphasis in Special Education from Morehead State University. Lori also received her certification as Special Education Director from Morehead State University. Lori began her career as a special education teacher and later as a Behavior Consultant working with school districts. In 2012 Lori became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in 2015 a Kentucky Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Lori began working as Supervising BCBA with The KidSpOt Center in 2016. Her mission is to assist all kids in living a happy, healthy and successful life, that's what its about.
Amy is a positive behavior support specialist from Olive Hill, Kentucky. She currently has more than ten years of experience working and serving families in the school setting. Amy is currently working to obtain her Registered Behavior Technician Certification. Amy resides in Olive Hill with her husband, Brett, and their three children, Nathan, Matthew, and Brooklyn. Amy likes to travel and spendtime with her family and friends.
Debbie is a positive behavior support specialist from Morehead, Kentucky. She currently has 21 years of experience working and serving the needs of students in the elementary school setting and high school setting. Within the past year she has studied to recieve her Registered Behavior Techncian Certification and is excited to work with families in this field. Debbie graduated Rowan Co. High School and has raised her family in the Morehead area. She has two grown children, a son Dustin, and a daughter Nicole whom have given her two amazing grandchildren, both boys, Ayden and Noah. Debbie enjoys time with her family, friends, and relaxing. She enjoys working for The Kid Spot Center.
Karla is a positive behavior support specialist from Morehead, Kentucky. She currently has more than eleven years working and servicing the needs of students in the elementary school setting. Two years experience working with specail needs children. Karla is currently working to obtain her Registered Behavior Technician Certification. She resides in Morehead with her two children, Caleb and Mikalea and family pet Duke. Karla enjoys spending her days on the ball field watching her daughter play softball. She also loves taking trips to the beach.
Bachelor of Arts Early Childhood Development, RBT
Kayla is a Registered Behavior Technician from Olive Hill, Kentucky. She currently has 15 years of experience working and serving families and children in the early childhood field. Kayla is currently working to obtain her registered behavior techician certification. She reveived her bachelor of arts in early childhood development from Morehead State University. She currently serves as a service coordinatior for the first steps program. Kayla resides in Olive Hill with her husband and thier four children, Hanna, Amelia, Jace and Jett. Kayla enjoys attending her children's sporting events and spending time with family and friends.
Krista is a positive behavior support specialist from Olive Hill, Kentucky. She currently has more than 22 years of experience working and serving children in the school setting as a special education teacher. Her main focus over the years have been children ages 3 to 6 years old. She is currently working to obtain her registered behavior technician certification. She received her bachelor's degree from Morehead State University and has a master's degree and Rank I in counseling from MSU. Krista is employeed as a special education teacher with the local school district. She resides in the Olive Hill area with her husband, Donald, and three daughters, Layken, Lexi, Lynsey. Krista wants to make a positive impact in her community by offering a service which is much needed. She likes to vacation at the beach with her family, cooking, and attending church. Krista enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Morgan is from Olive Hill, Kentucky. She has graduated from West Carter high school in 2019. Morgan currently working to obtain her Registered Behavior Technician Certification. Morgan wishes to persue her journey at Morehead State University to recieve her bachelors degree in social work. Morgan resides in Olive Hill, Kentucky with her mother, Andrea Webb, her brother Logan Berry. Morgan enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and in the company of her family and friends. Morgan looks forward getting to know you and helping you and your family.
Patient Services Coordinator
Donna has been married for 37 years and has three boys and three grandchildren. She has worked in customer service for 12 years and likes to help others. She enjoys working outside and hiking. Her love for children and watching them grow is her highlight at working at The Kid SpOt Center. She looks forward to seeing this everyday.
Emilee is 19 years old nd a graduate of East Carter High School (2019). She has a passion for this type of job since a young age. Her youngest sister Maggie was diagnosed with severe ASD in 2007. Maggie is non-verbal, but has never failed to show us what she is capable of thanks to her teachers and therapists. Emilee loves her job because it is so rewarding to watch kids grow!
Sarah Reynolds Sparks
Sarah Reynolds-Sparks is a speech-language pathologist from Olive Hill, Kentucky. She received her bachelors and masters degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Sarah joined the Kid SpOt Center team in September 2020. She has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, home health, out patient, headstart, preschool, and early intervention. Sarah loves spending time with her family and pets, reading, music and fishing!
Amanda is a Registered Behavior Technician. She completed her RBT certification in October 2020. She joined The Kid SpOt Center Grayson team in 2021. Amanda received her undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education from Morehead State University in 2018. She is working on her Masters in Behavior Analysis with the goal of becoming a BCBA and to continue to work in the clinical setting. Amanda has prior experience in the public school setting working as a Kindergarten - 5th grade special education teacher. In her free time, Amanda loves to travel and spend time with her family and cats at home.
